How long will it takes to deliver my order?

After making sure that you made the request on the site , you will be contacted the next day , the period of shipping inside the Great Cairo is 48 Hour of working 72 Hour of work if it’s out the Great Cairo.

Is there shipping for the governorates?

Yes there is , By the shipping companies and the receive will be done in the Shipping company office in your governorate. And sometimes we do home delivery.

How much are the shipping charges?

The shipping charge inside the Cairo is ranging between 15 to 30 L.E and it will be counted according to the distance. But  the governorates charges is almost ranging between 40 to 100 L.E and it will be counted according to the shipping company.

What if the shipment is not identical or defect?
